At Mostra Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise, while quality concerns regarding beans are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable items.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our roastery without damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
